A Summer’s Rest is a warm and welcoming oceanfront beach cottage, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Directly oceanfront and just a few steps from the beach, this family-friendly home offers private beach access, a full-size volleyball court for tons of fun in the sun, and an outdoor fire pit to unwind. This unique vintage cottage provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Located just minutes from the Lake and the lively Boardwalk, it’s the ideal spot for a laid-back coastal escape.
Welcome to “A Summers Rest,” your new oceanfront home away from home. Private 3 Bed/2 Bath.
Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.
Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and drip coffee pot.
Bed linens and 6 bath towels provided, as well as enough hand soap, dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started during your visit.
WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV’s in both bedrooms and main living room.
Pets are not permitted. However, we have accommodated some dogs in the past that are below 30lbs and house-trained. On the occasion we allow dogs, we charge a $200 pet fee per pet and require all guests to agree to our pet rules and policy. Contact us PRIOR to booking for more information.
Our spacious oceanfront back porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. Outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games with our full-size volleyball court, relaxing sunsets, and outdoor fire-pit.
2 free spaces available: located directly in-front of the cottage in-front of the garages. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards.
Private access to entire 2nd level (2 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom is small and contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use.
Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.
