About

The space

Main front unit of duplex. Private 2 Bed/1Bath. Guests live in completely separate back unit with different outside entrance.

Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.

Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, french press, coffee, and tea.

Bed linens and 4 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.

WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV’s in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+ & Hulu provided).

Pets

Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many.

Outdoor spaces

Outdoor shower and large trees in front yard are great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run in our large backyard.

Parking

2 free spaces available. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards.

Guest Access

Private access to entire front unit (2 bed/1 bath). We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use.

Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.
