Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.
Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee machine, coffee, and tea.
Bed linens and 4 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels and enough toilet paper to get you started when you arrive. We recommend packing additional essentials if you plan to stay more than 2 days.
WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV’s in both bedrooms and main living room.
Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will be applied to guests that bring pets.
Outdoor spaces: Back Deck overlooking Canal/Marina. Private dock with boat slip (must bring your own boat and we do not provide trailer parking). Roof top deck.
Parking – 2 free vehicle spaces available: located directly under the condo in the carport area labeled A.
Guest Access – Private access to entire 2nd main level Unit A up the stairs (2 bed/2 bath).
Entry through front door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you. Code will be deleted upon checkout at 10am.
Primary guest/booker must complete rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions and boat slip access.
Travel insurance is recommended, as we adhere to the cancelation and refund policy set by our Terms & Conditions.
