About

Quietly and conveniently located in the Boardwalk District and heart of Carolina Beach two blocks (0.2 miles) from the beach, boardwalk, and lake. This completely renovated 1937 beach cottage is the perfect place for you to relax! The Seabird is close walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops on the island. Shaded by two beautiful gigantic maple and pecan trees in the front yard, explore the island like a local in the coolness of the day!

The space

Main back unit of duplex. Private 1 Bed/1Bath. Guests live in completely separate front unit with different outside entrance.

Appliances: full size fridge, full-size oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.

Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, coffee, and tea.

Bed linens and 2 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.

WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV’s in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+ & Hulu provided).

Pets

Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many.

Outdoor spaces

Private outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run in our large backyard.

Parking

2 free spaces available. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards.

Guest Access

Private access to entire back unit level (1 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use.

Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.
