The Little Paddle is a 1940’s tropical beach home just moments away from the beach, boardwalk, lake, and state park! This cozy coastal design and creative space is conveniently located in the heart of Carolina Beach and only 2 blocks from the beach and lake. A 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk is lots of great restaurants, shops, rentals, amusement rides, bars, coffee, ice-cream, donuts, an arcade & more!

The space

Main bottom unit of duplex. Private 1 Bed/1Bath. Guests live in completely separate upper unit with different outside entrance.

Appliances: full size fridge, full-size oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.

Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, coffee, and tea.

Bed linens and 2 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.

WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV’s in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+ & Hulu provided).

Pets

Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is about 3ft tall.

Outdoor spaces

Front porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. New spacious back deck and outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run free in our large fenced-in backyard.

Parking

1 free space available: located infront of the garage. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yards.

Guest Access

Private access to entire 2nd level (1 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use.

Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.
